Good morning "fit followers"! Want to get the day started the right way? Try this...drink an 8oz glass of water when you first wake up. This will get your digestive system going for the day. Then get your metabolism going by doing two 1 minute sets of jumping jacks and two sets of 10 push-ups. In just a few minutes you can set yourself up for feeling great the rest of the day! fft
