Craving carbs, huh?

Well then have some! Just be careful what types you put in your mouth. You simply CANNOT go wrong with carbs from whole fruits and veggies...but sometimes that just doesn't cut it. Well, when you can't resist your craving for a perfectly delicious french fry, try this:

Roasted sweet potato fries
2 organic yams, peeled and cut into thin strips
2 T extra virgin olive oil
course salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 425. Coat the potatoes with the oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place in single layer on baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 min until crispy on outside and tender on the inside. Enjoy!!!
